We will be using a waiting room.\u00a0 As you are admitted to the meeting, please send a chat comment that you are &#8220;present&#8221; if you are a voting member. If you are a guest please just indicate &#8220;guest.&#8221;. This will allow me to determine if we have a quorum and to have a record of attendance.<\/p>\n<p>I would further ask that you keep your microphones on mute unless you have the floor to speak. When I ask for a person to second a motion please also do this in chat.
