This training must be completed one (1) time only, not each time you come to campus.<\/p>\n<p>Supervisors of employees who use Kronos can verify your completion of the training.<\/p>\n<p>The Faculty\/Staff link below will direct you to Blackboard where you will have access to the \u201cCOVID-19 Return to Work\u201d training. All employees are required to complete this online training before being approved to return to campus. If you do not complete the training before coming to campus, you will not be able to return to work.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hvcc.edu\/faculty-staff.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/hvcc.edu\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Login (if requested)<\/li>\n<li>Click on MyHudson Valley Portal\/Blackboard<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once in Blackboard at your home screen, please do the following<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select &#8220;Human Resources \u2013 Affirmative Action&#8221; under <strong>My Organizations<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>COVID-19<\/strong> in the menu on the far left of your screen<\/li>\n<li>Select one of the three (3) training options available to you<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Options<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A self-paced slide show presentation<br \/>\n<em>You must listen to the audio portion of the first slide in its entirety and read each subsequent slide. At the end, you need to click the blue \u201cSubmit Assignment\u201d button to complete. If the slide show does not automatically start, select &#8220;Click for Audio&#8221; button<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>A narrated video with a one-question true\/false quiz at the end<br \/>\n<em>Listen to the entire video and complete the quiz<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>An accessible MS PowerPoint presentation with a single question to confirm completion<br \/>\n<em>This option can be used with screen readers. Once the review of the Power Point is complete, select the COVID-19 Training Quiz and answer the one question<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Reporting will be monitored by Human Resources and confirmation of completed training will be verified prior to returning to work.
