As you are admitted to the meeting, please send a chat comment that you are &#8220;present&#8221; if you are a voting member. If you are a guest please just indicate &#8220;guest.&#8221; This will allow me to determine if we have a quorum and to have a record of attendance.<\/p>\n<p>Also, please keep your microphones on mute unless you have the floor to speak. When I ask for a person to second a motion, please also do this in the chat room. When there is a motion with a second, as we did last time, we will also vote in the chat room.<\/p>\n<p>If you need to share your screen as part of a report or presentation, let me know and I will stop sharing my screen and turn sharing over to you.<\/p>\n<p>Please remember that just as the regular Senate meetings are voice recorded, this ZOOM session meeting also will be recorded.<\/p>\n<p>The information files are available under the Agendas\/Minutes folder for this meeting.
