Rugenstein, adjunct professor in the History, Philosophy, and Social Sciences Department, has published his third book, <em>Anti-Semitism: Imperial Germany and the Federal Republic<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Although anti-Semitism is typically associated with NAZI Germany, it was alive in Imperial Germany and is still found in the current Federal Republic.
