The Academic Senate will be holding its meeting via ZOOM.<\/p>\n

The zoom meeting will open at 2 p.m, but I will not start the meeting until 2:15.
\nWe will be using a waiting room. As you are admitted to the meeting, please send a chat comment that you are “present” if you are a voting member. If you are a guest please just indicate “guest.” This will allow me to determine if we have a quorum and to have a record of attendance.<\/p>\n
I would further ask that you keep your microphones on mute unless you have the floor to speak. When I ask for a person to second a motion, please also do this in the chat room. When there is a motion with a second, we will also vote in the chat room.<\/p>\n
If you need to share your screen as part of a report or presentation, let me know and I will turn sharing over to you.<\/p>\n
Please remember that this ZOOM session meeting is also being recorded, just as a regular Academic Senate meetings would be.<\/p>\n
