Its content covers a wide variety of topics and also provides additional support materials. BizLibrary partners with experts as well as utilizes an in-house team allowing it to deliver timely and relevant content. Following the completion of a lesson, learners receive a series of boosts including quizzes, polls, or reflective questions that help with recall of essential information.<\/p>\n<p>Most popular topic areas include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business &amp; Soft Skills<\/li>\n<li>HR &amp; SUNY Compliance<\/li>\n<li>Leadership &amp; Management<\/li>\n<li>Workplace Safety<\/li>\n<li>Sales &amp; Service<\/li>\n<li>Information Technology<\/li>\n<li>Software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Implementation will begin in February.
