Each session will be 90 minutes and will be presented by Tibisay Hernandez, MS.<\/p>\n<p>This training discusses the neurological basis for implicit bias. Participants will be able to identify the different components that make up implicit bias and how these structures impact educational spaces. This data-driven presentation will explore examples from real-world scenarios where implicit bias was uncovered.<\/p>\n<p>Participants will also learn personal bias mitigation tactics which can help slow down situations and reduce the potential for harm.
