As you are admitted to the meeting, please send a chat comment that you are &#8220;present&#8221; if you are a voting member. If you are a guest, please just indicate &#8220;guest.&#8221; This will allow me to determine if we have a quorum and to have a record of attendance.<\/p>\n<p>I would further ask that you keep your microphones on mute unless you have the floor to speak. When I ask for a person to second a motion, please also do this in the chat room. When there is a motion with a second, we will also vote in the chat room.<\/p>\n<p>If you need to share your screen as part of a report or presentation, let me know and I will turn sharing over to you.<\/p>\n<p>Please remember that this ZOOM session meeting is also being recorded, just as a regular Academic Senate meetings would be.<\/p>\n<p>The information files for this meeting are available under the Academic Senate&#8217;s &#8220;agendas\/minutes&#8221; folder fin Blackboard.
