WATCH ON TWITCH<\/strong>
\nWe are proud to announce we have successfully started a Vikings eSports Twitch page, where members of the Hudson Valley community, family and friends can watch our Vikings in live action each week. You can visit our Twitch page at https:\/\/www.twitch.tv\/hvccvikings<\/a>. The schedule is subject to change as the NJCAA allows for game rescheduling, allowing more flexibility to its member institutions.<\/p>\n

MONDAY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Overwatch<\/strong> (Live on Twitch at 5 p.m.)
\nThe Overwatch team (1-3) earned their first win of the season after defeating the Shawnee Saints,3-1. Next Match: The Overwatch team will take on the Shawnee Saints this week.<\/p>\n

Call of Duty:<\/strong> Modern Warfare
\nThe Call of Duty: Modern Warfare team (2-2) earned the 3-0 sweep over their opponent North Central Missouri College last week. Next Match: The COD:MW team will take on Monroe Community College (Team B).<\/p>\n

TUESDAY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate<\/strong>
\nMitchel Clow improved to 4-0 on the season after sweeping his opponent, Trayton L. from Crowder College. Clow still has not lost a set and currently ranks atop the NJCAA Super Smash rankings. Next Match: Mitchel Clow will take on Matthew B. from Montgomery County Community College.<\/p>\n

WEDNESDAY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Call of Duty: Cold War \u2013 Warzone<\/strong> (Duos) (Live on Twitch at 7 p.m.)
\nAnother new addition to the spring 2021 lineup is Call of Duty: Cold War (Duos). We have three teams scheduled to compete in the game this semester. Last week,<\/p>\n

Team 1<\/strong> (Elijah Harris\/Ryan Closson): Vikings improved to 4-0 after defeating Shelton State (Team Black). Next Match: vs. Nassau Community College (Team 2)
\nTeam 2<\/strong> (Anthony Coonrad\/Kyle Fortin): Improved to 3-1 on the season after defeating Shelton State (Team Green). Next Match: vs. Nassau Community College (Team 3)
\nTeam 3<\/strong> (Josh Hill\/Riley Drew-Cross): The Vikings dropped their match and fell to 2-2 on the season after they were defeated 2-1 by Southwest Tech. Next Match: vs. North Central Missouri.<\/p>\n

Hearthstone<\/strong>
\nLigori K. defeated Brandon C. from Ocean State last week. Next Match: \u00a0Ligori is scheduled to take on Brian S. from Bryant & Stratton (WI).<\/p>\n

THURSDAY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rocket League<\/strong> (Live on Twitch at 5 p.m.)
\nThe Rocket League team also improved to 4-0 on the season after defeating the SWTC Chargers in straight matches, 4-0. Next Match: The top-ranked Vikings are scheduled to take on Monroe Community College.<\/p>\n

FRIDAY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Call of Duty: Cold War 4v4<\/strong> (Live on Twitch at 5 p.m.)
\nThe Vikings dropped their match, 2-0, last week to University of South Carolina Sumter. Next Match: The Vikings are scheduled to play Nassau Community College (Team 2).<\/p>\n

Valorant<\/strong> (Live on Twitch at 7 p.m.)
\nThe Vikings Valorant (2-2) dropped their match 13-4 against Bismarck State College last week. Next Match: The Valorant team is scheduled to take on Fort Scott Community College.<\/p>\n
