They will discuss the issues unique to their districts and those faced by schools across the state, as well as describe the varying impact of the New York State school aid formula on their districts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Panelists<\/strong>:<br \/>\nJohn Carmello, Troy City School District,<br \/>\nJeffrey P.
