Please visit <a href=\"http:\/\/clarifi-covid-19.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">clarifi-covid-19.com<\/a> to view your result. If you have any medical questions or concerns, please contact your clinician and\/or health and safety team.
