{"id":1597,"date":"2023-09-21T20:28:24","date_gmt":"2023-09-22T00:28:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/health-services-hosting-2nd-vaccine-clinic-on-monday-october-9\/"},"modified":"2023-09-21T20:28:24","modified_gmt":"2023-09-22T00:28:24","slug":"health-services-hosting-2nd-vaccine-clinic-on-monday-october-9","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/health-services-hosting-2nd-vaccine-clinic-on-monday-october-9\/","title":{"rendered":"Health Services hosting 2nd vaccine clinic on Monday October 9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center\">***Attention Students and Staff***<\/h4>\n<p>Health Services is partnering with Hannaford Pharmacy to host an on-campus flu shot, booster COVID, RSV, Shingles and Pneumonia vaccine clinic on Monday October 9 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>If you plan on getting any type of vaccination, you must register in advance by contacting Julie Warren at <a href=\"mailto:j.warren@hvcc.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">j.warren@hvcc.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Where is the clinic?<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nThe clinic will be held in Health Services, located in Suite 270 on the second floor of the Siek Campus Center.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>What shots will be offered?<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nWe will be offering annual flu , the new COVID-19 booster, RSV, Shingles and Pneumonia vaccines for all eligible students and staff.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>What do I need to bring to get a shot?<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nPlease bring a valid ID card, your insurance prescription card and a record of any previous COVID-19 vaccines you&#8217;ve received (if applicable).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note<\/strong>: Anyone receiving a vaccination will be required to fill out a vaccine consent form, available by emailing Julie Warren at <a href=\"mailto:j.warren@hvcc.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">j.warren@hvcc.edu<\/a>.
