In addition to individual appointments, we also offer virtual information sessions and drop-in hours.<\/p>\n<p>This week, please join us for:<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hvcc.zoom.us\/j\/97941948007\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Career Conversations<\/a><\/strong> &#8212; Monday, May 3 at 3 p.m. &#8212; Join Annie &amp; Melissa for a guided discussion on career planning and how it relates to your college course\/major choices. This session will cover the basics such as how values, interests, and skills factor into choosing a career and include strategies for finding your own career path.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hvcc.zoom.us\/j\/97941948007\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Tips for Job Fair Success<\/b><\/a> &#8212; Wednesday, May 5 from 10 to 10:30 a.m. &#8212; Join Annie for this virtual information session to learn valuable strategies for navigating an in-person job fair. Topics covered: What to bring with you, what to say to employers, and what you should do after the event.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hvcc.zoom.us\/j\/94228511973\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Walk-in-Wednesday (virtually)<\/a><\/strong> &#8212; Wednesday, May 5 from noon to 1 p.m. &#8212; Drop-in via Zoom with Shawnna to ask a question, share a concern, learn about resources for careers and college transfer, share summer or fall plans, or just say \u201cHi!\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hvcc.zoom.us\/j\/97941948007\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Transfer Talks<\/a> <\/strong>&#8212; Friday, May\u00a0 7 at 4 p.m. &#8212; Melissa and Shawnna are hosting a guided conversation about transferring to a four-year school. This session will cover the importance of course selection and how to maximize credit transfer.
