Commencement<\/a> is a special time at Hudson Valley Community College. It’s been one crazy year, but it now is time for our graduates to celebrate both an ending and a beginning as they bring to a close their academic program of study and start the next chapter of their lives.<\/p>\n Administrative staff have the opportunity to be part of this momentous occasion and get paid as well. Please consider spending a few hours to share in our graduates’ rite of passage. Commencement workers are needed for a variety of tasks and at various times on Saturday, May 15 when four, separate graduation ceremonies will be held.<\/p>\n Administrative staff interested in working at commencement, should contact me as soon as a possible! Workers will be paid $15\/hour. Commencement workers are hired through Manpower, a temporary services agency, not the college. Payment is directly through Manpower.
