We will be using a waiting room. I would ask that, as you are admitted to the meeting, send a chat comment that you are &#8220;present&#8221; if you are a voting member. If you are a guest, please just indicate &#8220;guest.&#8221; This will allow me to determine if we have a quorum and to have a record of attendance.<\/p>\n<p>I would further ask that you keep your microphones on mute unless you have the floor to speak. When I ask for a person to second a motion please also do this in the chat room. When there is a motion with a second, we will vote in the chat room.<\/p>\n<p>If you need to share your screen as part of a report or presentation, let me know and I will stop sharing my screen and turn sharing over to you.<\/p>\n<p>Please remember that, just as the regular Senate meetings are voice recorded, this ZOOM session meeting is also being recorded.<\/p>\n<p>The information files are available under the Agendas Minutes folder for this meeting.
