As you are admitted to the meeting, if you are a voting member, send a chat comment that you are \u201cpresent.\u201d If you are a guest, send a chat that you are a \u201cguest.&#8221; This will allow us to determine if we have a quorum and to have a record of attendance.<\/p>\n<p>Please keep microphones on mute unless you have the floor to speak. When I ask for a motion\/second, please do this in the chat room.
