Please remember that these courses are <em><strong>mandatory<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The due date to complete the training is <strong><em>Jan. 3, 2022<\/em><\/strong>. If not completed by this deadline, computer access will be suspended.<\/p>\n<p>Our training platforms are BizLibrary and KnowBe4. Emails from these companies are legitimate. Employees will receive an email some time on Oct. 1. BizLibrary and KnowBe4 are single sign-on. Your Username and Password are the same as when you log into your computer\/network.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Please use your <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Firefox<\/span> browser when accessing BizLibrary. Google Chrome does not work with the single sign-on authentication.<\/strong><\/em> There should be no browser compatibility issues when using KnowBe4.<\/p>\n<p>Human Resource training includes the following. (Courses contain a quiz that needs to be completed.)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hudson Valley Community College Employee Handbook<\/li>\n<li>SUNY Sexual Harassment Prevention<\/li>\n<li>Preventing and Handling Workplace Violence<\/li>\n<li>Active Shooter and Workplace Violence<\/li>\n<li>Right-to-Know: Federal and New York Standards<\/li>\n<li>Title IX: Equal Education for All<\/li>\n<li>FERPA Explained<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Information Technology Services (ITS) training is titled <em>2021 KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Fred Aliberti, director of Public Safety, may conduct site specific Workplace Violence training.
