The meditations are provided by The Honest Guys channel on YouTube. We hope you enjoy Monday\u2019s Minutes of Meditation as a way to relax and engage in a positive coping skill throughout the semester.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Positive Affirmation Guided Meditation<\/strong> (12 minutes)<br \/>\n&#8220;This positive affirmation exercise can be used daily to uplift you and to set and maintain new patterns of self-belief and confidence. Repeat the affirmations to yourself each time.&#8221;- The Honest Guys.\u00a0 Utilizing positive affirmations is the practice of positive thinking and self-empowerment.\u00a0 We encourage you all to consider positive affirmations specific to you to facilitate positivity and confidence.
