Tina will place an announcement in a future Chronicle article.<\/p>\n<p>I encourage you to put work orders in for any Physical Plant item you see on campus. Supervisors perform regular tours, but it helps to have an extra 1,000+ pairs of eyes reporting things we may not see or notice. You are using the spaces, so you will know of problems sooner than we will. And we cannot experience classroom conditions since we do not enter occupied classrooms during our tours.<\/p>\n<p>Following are examples of work orders:  leaking\/dripping plumbing, lights out, air conditioning\/heating problems, reports of pests, cleanliness issues, and grounds items.<\/p>\n<p><b>Please call in all emergencies to the main office at ext. 7356.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Thank you for your attention.<\/p>\n<p>Karen S.
