It is important during this increasingly stressful time, that you are taking measures to care for yourself, focusing on both your physical and mental health. We hope that you find these activities enjoyable and stress relieving. Remember if you need additional support, please don\u2019t hesitate to reach out to us!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">For today (Dec. 15), the following resources focus on stress management and time management skills, as well as links for interactive self-care activities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Stress Management Tips from Therapist Aid<\/strong><br \/>\nThe\u00a0Stress Management Tips\u00a0worksheet presents a number of valuable and easy-to-follow tips for dealing with stress. Use the video below to help learn, and then practice, how to use the technique. Without practice, most relaxation skills will be of little help in a truly anxiety-producing situation. The Progressive Muscle Relaxation Exercise video below will walk you through each stage of this technique. Progressive muscle relaxation is the most effective when it\u2019s used daily.
