I wanted to take a minute to post some information on the MS Teams phones. You can find training videos, quick-start guides, and user manuals for your desk phones on the ITS knowledge base at this link<\/a>.<\/p>\n We appreciate the campus community’s patience, input, and cooperation as we make this leap into a modern cloud-based telephone system. We are moving from an antique phone system, and as with any significant technology shift, there will be some issues uncovered.<\/p>\n If you experience problems, please let us know. Do not assume that ITS is already aware of your situation. Please let us know by opening a ticket to track and escalate issues until they are resolved.
