The college now recommends the use of Video Lan Media Player (VLC) to play DVDs. The symbol for VLC is a road cone.<\/p>\n<p><b>Directions<\/b><\/p>\n<p>After logging on to the computer and the start up is complete, insert your DVD disk in the computer. Wait about 10 seconds and a window will pop up with different media players. Choose VLC Media Player, (look for the orange &#038; white road cone).<\/p>\n<p>A remote will appear. Use your mouse on the remote to make selections. The square within a square with an arrow blows the picture up to a full screen.
