The goal of the letters is to prompt these students to meet with the instructor and formulate a plan for success.<\/p>\n<p>Although the identification process will be available throughout most of the semester, <b>now<\/b> is the time to intervene with these students so they can take the steps necessary to succeed before their first exams.<\/p>\n<p>Written instructions for using the Early Warning Web Application have been sent to all academic departments.
