\nUp-and-coming, Saratoga Springs-based, singer\/songwriter Reese Fulmer describes himself as a \u201cbrand new soul,\u201d but his songs tell a different story. With a poetic touch and unique vision, Fulmer writes lyrics and music that are a conduit to something much older and deeper. He and his band mates \u2013 Andy Arnold on electric guitar, James Gascoyne on bass and harmony vocals, and Chris Carey on drums, keyboards and vocals \u2013 are eager to share the music on \u201cIt\u2019s All A Dream,\u201d their debut EP released in November 2021.<\/p>\n

The concert is presented by the Cultural Affairs Program.<\/p>\n
