All members of the HVCC community are welcome!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zoom Link<\/strong><br \/>\nThe link for this meeting is <a href=\"https:\/\/hvcc.zoom.us\/j\/95259985238\">https:\/\/hvcc.zoom.us\/j\/95259985238<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Supporting Documentation<br \/>\n<\/strong>Draft Minutes and Draft Agenda are available at the Senate Organization page in Blackboard* at the following subfolder: Agendas Minutes -&gt; 2021-2022 Agenda and Minutes -&gt; March 2022 Senate Meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Any additional information files needed for the February meeting will be available under this same folder at a later time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meeting Logistics<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Zoom meeting will be open at 2 p.m. but will not start until 2:15 p.m. We will use a waiting room. As you are admitted to the meeting, if you are a voting member, send a chat comment that you are &#8220;present.&#8221;\u00a0 If you are a guest, send a chat that you are a &#8220;guest.&#8221; This will allow us to determine if we have a quorum and to have a record of attendance.<\/p>\n<p>Please keep microphones on mute unless you have the floor to speak. When I ask for a motion\/second, please do this in the chat room.
