According to HelpGuide.org, exercise can assist us in managing our depression, anxiety, stress, ADHD, PTSD and trauma, more effectively, in many different ways. It can even improve our resiliency, result in better sleep, foster a higher sense of self-esteem, lead to feeling more energized, and increase our focus and memory. Resources and videos are from various YouTube exercise channels and the John W. Brick Mental Health Foundation, whose purpose is to \u201cintegrate salutogenic approaches, such as exercise, nutrition and mind-body practices, into treating mental illness and promoting mental wellness.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy this YouTube video highlighting ways to move your mental health in 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Week 9:<\/strong> Olivia Lubarsky is a former NCAA Division 1 gymnast from Towson University. Through her years of training and competition, Olivia has learned to appreciate movement as the vehicle to optimal growth, resilience, and achievement.
