An updated timeline with details is available along with available training opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>The immediate first step, if you have not already, is for all TechSmith Knowmia users to create a YuJa account so your Knowmia content can be associated with your YuJa account.<\/p>\n<h3>How to Access YuJa (2 preferred ways)<\/h3>\n<h4>Option 1: From outside of Blackboard<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/hvcc.yuja.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hvcc.yuja.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Sign In<\/strong> button from the login page<\/li>\n<li>Enter your HVCC credentials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Option 2: Within a Blackboard course<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Login to Blackboard<\/li>\n<li>Go to a course<\/li>\n<li>From the <em>Course Menu<\/em>, select the <strong>Add Menu Item (+)<\/strong> symbol, and choose <strong>Tool Link<\/strong> from the menu<\/li>\n<li>Enter <strong>YuJa Video Platform<\/strong> in the <em>Name:<\/em> field<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>YuJa Video Platform<\/strong> from the <em>Type:<\/em> drop-down list<\/li>\n<li>Leave the <em>Available to Users<\/em> <strong>checkbox unchecked<\/strong> so students cannot view it<\/li>\n<li>Select<strong> Submit <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Click on the newly created link<\/strong> to be taken to your <em>YuJa Media Library <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Updated Knowmia to YuJa Transition Details and Timeline<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Important Note<\/strong><\/span>: you will not see any of your Knowmia content in YuJa at this time except for Zoom cloud recordings created after March 14. Additionally, any YouTube content within Knowmia will not be migrated to YuJa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>March 25<\/strong>: (<em>ahead of schedule<\/em>) Start of the migration into YuJa (approx. 30 days). This will bring everything into the system in an administrative folder.<\/li>\n<li><strong>April 25 \u2013 May 16<\/strong>: Folder Migration (approximately 2 weeks). <strong>This is when your video and data will be placed in your individual folders providing you have created a YuJa account to create your default folder.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>May 23 \u2013 May 31<\/strong>: Quiz Migration (1 week). This is only for people with Quizzes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>June 30<\/strong>: Last day TechSmith Knowmia will exist for HVCC.
