Our days can fill up fast and at times, life can be quite stressful. When we don\u2019t address our stress, it can become overwhelming and that much more difficult to overcome.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-132472 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/wellness-wednesday-1-e1648226205318-450x124.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"124\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Each week, Counseling and Wellness Services will be sharing coping skills and information about stress, anxiety and depression, to name a few, in an effort to assist you in \u201cwinding down for wellness.\u201d Having a wide range of coping skills in our toolbox, allows us to better manage stress as it comes along, therefore improving our wellness.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-134323 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/how-to-stay-motivated-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"474\" height=\"474\" \/><\/p>\n<p>For additional support, contact Counseling and Wellness Services to schedule an appointment with a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
