Any additional information files needed for the April meeting will be available under this same folder at a later time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meeting Logistics<br \/>\n<\/strong>The Zoom meeting will be open at 2 p.m., but will not start until 2:15 p.m. We will use a waiting room. As you are admitted to the meeting, if you are a voting member, send a chat comment that you are \u201cpresent.\u201d If you are a guest, send a chat that you are a \u201cguest.\u201d This will allow us to determine if we have a quorum and to have a record of attendance.<\/p>\n<p>Please keep microphones on mute unless you have the floor to speak. When I ask for a motion\/second, please do this in the chat room.
