It’s an earth song,\u2014
\nAnd I’ve been waiting long for an earth song.
\nIt’s a spring song,\u2014
\nAnd I’ve been waiting long for a spring song.
\nStrong as the shoots of a new plant
\nStrong as the bursting of new buds
\nStrong as the coming of the first child from its mother’s womb.
\nIt’s an earth song,
\nA body song,
\nA spring song,
