Please join me in congratulating them!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Shawnna Case<br \/>\nKristen Collin<br \/>\nSandy Myers<br \/>\nAndy Roberts<br \/>\nSydney Wilk<\/p>\n<p>The enrollment concierge concept stems from SUNY&#8217;s Guided Pathways effort and assists in guiding students through the enrollment process. HVCC Enrollment Concierges will collect information from various offices on a student&#8217;s behalf and follow-up with the student with pertinent information. Each Enrollment Concierge is starting with a case load of approximately 200 new students admitted to the Individual Studies program and will be working with each student directly on enrollment-related concerns or questions. Specifically, duties include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist students in all facets of the college\u2019s enrollment process.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to student inquires via e-mail and telephone and craft replies to comprehensively address student questions and concerns.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a single point of contact for enrollment-related questions from a caseload of students.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with enrollment offices on student-related issues and questions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>They are starting work this week so you may hear from them on student issues!<\/p>\n<p>This initiative is made possible through grant funds associated with SUNY&#8217;s Guided Pathways.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Published:<\/strong>\u00a0Wed, 11 May 2022 12:10:53 +0000 by\u00a0i.lachance<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Five\u00a0 college employees are devoting additional part-time evening hours to a new enrollment concierge initiative.
