Penny Hill, the college’s dean of Economic Development and Workforce Initiatives, was appointed to the 15-member panel, led by Hope Knight, president and CEO of Empire State Development, and Darren Walker, president at the Ford Foundation. Governor Hochul first announced plans for the commission, to be comprised of leading experts across real estate, community and economic development, \u200bcriminal justice reform and government, during her 2022 State of the State address.<\/p>\n
