The Office of Workforce Development is pleased to offer Introduction to Shielded Metal Arc Welding, a non-credit course, this summer.<\/p>\n<p>This 120-hour course provides an intensive, full-time introduction to shielded metal arc welding. By incorporating virtual reality welders in the program, students learn the required skills more quickly compared to traditional methods. Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a certificate.
