You do not need to move this content.<\/li>\n<li>If you did not create a YuJa account, do so now:\n<ul>\n<li>Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/hvcc.yuja.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hvcc.yuja.com<\/a> and select the <strong>Sign In<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<li>Enter your HVCC credentials, and your Media Library will appear<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>If you do not see your video\/media content in your YuJa Default folder, please open a <a href=\"https:\/\/helpdesk.hvcc.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">help desk ticket<\/a> to request the pairing of your content with your account.\n<ul>\n<li>Before we can pair your content, you need to create an account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Sometimes, the content migrated into your YuJa account is a few clicks within your Default folder. Please double-click your folder a few times to ensure that your videos\/media are there.<\/li>\n<li>If you created content in Knowmia after March 13, 2022, that content is not in YuJa, and you will need to download it from Knowmia and import it into YuJa.<\/li>\n<li>If you have YouTube video links within Knowmia, they are not in YuJa and need to be recreated. We can provide a list of YouTube video links to assist you.
