COVID-19 vaccination is recommended, but not required, for students attending in-person courses at Hudson Valley Community College for the Fall 2022 semester.<\/strong><\/p>\n If you are vaccinated<\/strong>,\u00a0we encourage you to use the \u201cSubmit Vaccination Record\u201d form on the college\u2019s\u00a0COVID-19 webpage<\/a> to upload documentation, if you have not done so already. If you have received a booster since your last semester, you can update your status by uploading additional documentation.<\/p>\n Please note that students enrolled in Health Science programs requiring participation in a clinical or internship held at a third-party location must comply with all health and safety guidelines, including any vaccination or testing protocols, that are in place at the third-party location.
