The Capital Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers a 11-week Supervisory Training Course that is designed to address fundamental supervisory and leadership skills necessary for effective individual and team management. It provides a great opportunity for new supervisors looking to sharpen their skills, and for seasoned managers, who would like a refresher.<\/p>\n
There is always something to learn while participating in this course. Handouts will be emailed before each session. These webinar trainings are completely free for you and your employees to attend.<\/p>\n
All trainings will be facilitated live, via Zoom, every Tuesday at 1 p.m. throughout the series. Since these are webinar-based they can be attended right from your office, your home, or even on the go via your phone! The live training will be recorded, and the recording will be sent out to registrants after the session takes place and available for seven days post training.<\/p>\n
