The Veterans Resource and Outreach Center, in partnership with the HicksStrong Foundation, had a wonderful turn-out to the first “Chip Away @ 22-A-Day” golf outing held on Sept. 16. It is planned to be an annual event.<\/p>\n

The day’s mission was to bring veterans and community members together to increase awareness of Military Suicide. September marks Suicide Prevention Month and it is up to us to continue to be a supporter to those who are in crisis. “It’s ok to not be ok.”<\/p>\n
