It is important that we are aware of tips and tools, as well as campus and local resources, to assist us in managing our overall wellness, to address our concerns and to promote our personal and campus success.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">On Wednesday, Oct. 5 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the first floor of the Siek Campus Center, Counseling and Wellness Services\u00a0 we host several organizations offering information that highlights the wellness resources that are available to help you in improving and maintaining your overall wellness.
