The pair is in the south-southwest around 6 p.m. and in the southwest by 8 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday, Nov. 29 \u2013 Waxing crescent moon to the left of Saturn. At 5:30 p.m., the moon is at its highest altitude in the south. By 8 p.m., the moon is to the upper left of Saturn in the southwest.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday, Nov. 30 \u2013 First quarter moon occurs at 9:36 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>Thursday, Dec. 1 \u2013 Waxing gibbous moon appears below bright Jupiter.
