The College Success Referral System<\/strong> (CSRS) is open for the Spring 2023 semester!<\/p>\n As you know, providing frequent and early feedback regarding performance is essential to student success. When you make use of the CSRS early in the semester, we as an institution have an excellent opportunity to get students connected in a timely manner with the academic and student support services needed to help them overcome barriers to success they may encounter.<\/p>\n If you need a refresher, the documentation with directions and explanation of when to use which referral type can be found on the Office of Student Outreach Services and Retention<\/a> website. I am also available for one-on-one training (in-person or via zoom). Feel free to email me and we can set up a time to meet.<\/p>\n Once again, the Office of Student Outreach Services and Retention will be adding feedback once outreach has been made. You can find this feedback by going to your alert history and clicking the ‘i’ next to the date created for each individual student referral. The note will be added to the original note submitted by you, the instructor.<\/p>\n Thank you to all who have used and continue to use the CSRS.
