{"id":1946,"date":"2011-01-14T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2011-01-14T05:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/fine-arts-student-is-metroland-cover-profile\/"},"modified":"2011-01-14T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2011-01-14T05:00:00","slug":"fine-arts-student-is-metroland-cover-profile","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/fine-arts-student-is-metroland-cover-profile\/","title":{"rendered":"Fine Arts Student is Metroland Cover Profile"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Current Fine Arts student Eric Savage is already being hailed as an emerging artist to watch.<\/p>\n<p>Savage, who also uses the name RADICAL!, is the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.metroland.net\/arts_feature.html\"target=\"_blank\">cover story<\/a> in this week&#8217;s <i>Metroland.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>His work can currently be seen at show at the Albany Center Gallery, running through Feb. 12.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<br \/>\nFrom the gallery description: <i>&#8220;Before the age of 18, RADICAL! exhibited all over the world including Artsic Festival at The Haven Wolverhamton in London, UK, the Re-Use Project II exhibition in Tel Aviv Isreal, Waxploitation:Lost in Transit in Washington D.C., Everybody Get Up in London, UK and Cut Out at The Sommercasino in Basel Switzerland. RADICAL&#8217;S! artwork has been published in &#8220;We Were Here: a steet book&#8221; by After the Fall and &#8220;Stickerbomb 2&#8243; published by Laurence King Publishers, and he has exhibited his work locally with the Grand Street Community Arts, The Marketplace Gallery, and Kismet Gallery to name a few.
