Attendance<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Via Zoom chat. Please write &#8220;member&#8221; in chat if you are a member of EPS, and &#8220;guest&#8221; if you are joining us as a guest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>II. Minutes from Nov. 28, 2022 meeting<\/p>\n<p>III. Chair\u2019s report<\/p>\n<p>IV. New Business<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Change of Major Policy update\n<ul>\n<li>The update will reflect current college policies and technology use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Readmission Following Suspension or Dismissal Policy removal informational item\n<ul>\n<li>Academic Standing Policy was updated previously which means the above policy is defunct and needs to be removed from the catalog<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>AI and College Policy discussion\/informational item\n<ul>\n<li>Do our current college policies on plagiarism extend to the use of AI (artificial intelligence) programs, or do we need to revisit to account for newer technology?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V. Old Business<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Update from Mary Beth Reynolds, chair of the Academic Senate, regarding our questions from the November meeting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>VI.
