Ursula MacAffer, a professor of humanities and modern languages at Hudson Valley Community College who retired in 2003, died on Jan. 27, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>A memorial service is planned for 3 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 18 at Bowen and Parker Bros. Funeral Home, 97 Old Loudon Rd., Latham.
