On-campus auditions for “Macabre: Tales from Edgar Allan Poe” by Jules Tasca will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8 and 6 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 9 at the Maureen Stapleton Theatre, located in the Siek Campus Center.<\/p>\n
Faculty Director Dav Freedman will produce this series of one-act plays based on some of Poe’s most compelling stories with members of the Theatre Production Practicum and Technical Theatre Practicum courses.<\/p>\n
All HVCC students are welcome to audition. Participants will be asked to read monologue selections from Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” and “Hamlet” during auditions.
