Participants will learn how to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>define the current definition of diversity and inclusion.<\/li>\n<li>understand changing viewpoints on diversity.<\/li>\n<li>apply employee engagement practices.<\/li>\n<li>handle conflict in the workplace as it relates to diversity issues.<\/li>\n<li>explore the role of hidden bias and the current demographic trends that demonstrate the reality of diversity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Discussion will also address sensitivity and awareness of gender issues to promote effective working relationships.
