I teach &#8220;Introduction to Wing Chun Kung Fu&#8221; and &#8220;Introduction to Science-Based Fitness&#8221; in the\u00a0 Community and Professional Education Department. The first course is the one most relevant to this announcement.<\/p>\n<p>Given my love for and dedication to the martial arts, I was excited to learn there was a Martial Arts Club on campus. However, I found out it has been deactivated. I would like to take over the role of coordinator and reactivate it.<\/p>\n<p>A club needs at least 10 students if it is to remain active. Getting this club running again will be a multistep process, beginning with this announcement. Next steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Identify who is interested in joining the reactivated Martial Arts Club<\/strong>?<br \/>\nIf you are, please email me at <a href=\"mailto:s.grogan@hvcc.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">s.grogan@hvcc.edu<\/a>, or text me at (518) 275-2267.
