Record on your mobile device a brief congratulatory message. <strong>You can <a href=\"https:\/\/hvcc0-my.sharepoint.com\/:f:\/g\/personal\/j_yost_hvcc_edu\/ErGcgKS19cNNs58U4QGExvYB2rME1lVJHRj-STf3nGewww?e=bV1mL4\">upload your message\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The more who participate, the better. We are especially interested in collecting messages from faculty members, department chairs and academic support staff who work directly with students.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some simple guidelines\u00a0to follow:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shoot in a vertical format! This is essential for visual consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Be positive!<\/li>\n<li>Be brief (15 seconds should be the maximum length of your message)<\/li>\n<li>Be creative!<\/li>\n<li>Consider your lighting and your background. Lighting from the front works best.<\/li>\n<li>Feel free to say who you are and what program\/office you represent. You don&#8217;t have to if you prefer not to.<\/li>\n<li>Don\u2019t focus on individual students by name, but feel free to focus on students from your department or program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Some sample messages:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I\u2019m (Name) from the (Department) and I want to congratulate the graduating class from our program. You all worked hard to reach this goal and I\u2019m proud of you. Good luck, graduates!<\/li>\n<li>To the 2023 graduates of the (Department), good luck as you continue your education or move into a career. Stop back and see us sometime and let us know how you\u2019re doing!<\/li>\n<li>Hello, 2023 Graduates! Congratulations on completing your studies at Hudson Valley and I know you\u2019ll do great things in the future.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Questions?
