The meeting minutes follow.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Margaret Geehan and Meg Mann opened the meeting at\u00a0 p.m. The meeting was held mostly via Zoom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Middle States<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dr. Geehan and her team in Institutional Effectiveness are preparing for the Middle States visit coming up April 2-5 when AIE Committee members will be interviewed by the Middle States Team. Different committee members will attend meetings dealing with Middle States Standards 1, 2, 4 and 5, and other college employees will be involved in Middle State meetings as well.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Geehan mentioned that a \u201cMock\u201d Middle States visit is planned for March 29.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Institutional Effectiveness Plan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Assessment Team had been working on updating the Institutional Effectiveness Plan. It was last updated in 2014.\u00a0A chart showing the Fundamental Components of Assessment was shared.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AIE Committee Charge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dr. Geehan said the charge for the AIE Committee will be shared again in order for members to revisit it (and rewriting it if necessary) within the next year since.
