{"id":20212,"date":"2023-05-22T12:00:45","date_gmt":"2023-05-22T16:00:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/attn-ntps-summer-is-here\/"},"modified":"2023-05-22T12:00:45","modified_gmt":"2023-05-22T16:00:45","slug":"attn-ntps-summer-is-here","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chronicle.hvcc.edu\/wpdev\/attn-ntps-summer-is-here\/","title":{"rendered":"Attn: NTPs &#8211; Summer is HERE!!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Are you a HVCC Non-Teaching Professional?<\/p>\n<p>Your summer hours begin today, May 22 and end on July 28.\u00a0 All offices need to be open until 4 p.m. during this time.<\/p>\n<p>There is no work obligation on Fridays during this period and Summer Administrative leave has already been added into your KRONOS timesheet.<\/p>\n<p>Your workday will begin as usual at either 8\u00a0 or 830 a.m. and you will shorten your lunch to a \u00bd hour and will leave for the day one hour early, 3:30 or 4 p.m., respectively.<\/p>\n<p>In KRONOS you will record your work and summer hours as either<\/p>\n<p>EO-Reg1\u00a0\u00a0 7.0<br \/>\nor<br \/>\nReg1 \u00a0\u00a07.0<br \/>\nEO-Summer Hours\u00a0\u00a0 0.50<\/p>\n<p>Summer Hours\u00a0 \u00a00.50<br \/>\nDo not use the Hours Worked code in KRONOS.<\/p>\n<p>Full days of vacation and sick leave are still to be taken as 7.5 hours but personal and compensatory time may be taken as 7 hours with .50 of Summer Hours.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions please contact your supervisor or HR.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Published:<\/strong>\u00a0Mon, 22 May 2023 12:00:45 +0000 by\u00a0d.richey<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Are you a HVCC Non-Teaching Professional?
