If you are speaking at the meeting (even if just asking a question), please use one of the microphones provided so that your statements are captured on the recording.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meeting Logistics for those attending via Zoom:<br \/>\n<\/strong>The Zoom meeting will be open at approximately 2:05 p.m. We will use a waiting room. As you are admitted to the meeting, if you are a voting member, send a chat comment that you are \u201cpresent.\u201d If you are a guest, send a chat that you are a \u201cguest.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Please keep microphones on mute unless you have the floor to speak.
